We offer one of the fastest return and exchange services, with the option to inspect the product before delivery
(excluding underwear items).
If any issue is noticed during delivery, we take full responsibility and cover all related costs with no additional charge to the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
For your health and the safety of others, and in accordance with Consumer Protection Authority regulations:
- ❌ Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any type of underwear.
- ✅ If you notice any of the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
- Product not matching the displayed specifications
- If the product matches the specifications and images shown, but you decide not to keep it:
- You may inform the delivery agent to return the order
- The customer will only bear the shipping cost
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the order delivery date
Important Notes
- Once the product is accepted and received, returns or exchanges are not available, so please ensure the product matches the specifications before accepting delivery.
- In case of a manufacturing defect:
- Cottonil will cover all shipping costs to and from the customer.
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used, after deducting shipping fees (if applicable), within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
